Swimming areas for dogs
There are two spots along the coast where dogs are allowed to visit all year round. They are situated at Vantamansvägen's and Ålakustvägen's swimming areas. At Yngsjö Havsbad it is possible to bring your dog between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. during the summer months.

On all other beaches, dogs are not allowed between May 15 and September 15.
There are swimming areas for dogs at Ålakusten's swimming area near Gropahålet and at Vantamansvägen's swimming area in Södra Äspet. The beach strips are about 100 meters long and are indicated by signs. The paths from the parking lots down to the swimming areas for dogs are indicated by yellow poles. A link to the map can be found under Related information.
