Men’s Handball World Championship 2023

Kristianstad is proud to host the group play of the Men's Handball World Cup in 2023. Our city has a handball tradition and our hearts love handball. The city's orange national team is called IFK Kristianstad, so if you experience Kristianstad as orange, you will understand why.

We welcome the visiting teams from Iceland, Portugal, South Korea and Hungary to Kristianstad!

Fan Zone

You can find the Fan Zone in Kristianstad Arena. On match days you can watch the matches that are not played in the arena on big screens. In the Fan Zone you can eat and drink. Free entrance!
